Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates will vary depending on the shipping option selected, the destination, and the weight of the package. Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

Order Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order by visiting the carrier’s website and entering your tracking number.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Damaged Packages:

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please provide photos of the damaged package and its contents. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and replace the damaged items.
